Refund Policy - the basics

At Winning Mindset Health & Fitness by Andre Milian, we are dedicated to providing exceptional services and support to our clients. Please take a moment to review our refund policy.

No Refunds

All services purchased from Winning Mindset Health & Fitness are non-refundable. Once payment is made for any coaching program, personal training session, or related services, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

While we do not provide refunds, we understand that circumstances may arise that could affect your ability to participate in scheduled sessions. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the loss of the session without a refund.
